Mario Flor and Alejandro Pérez Arellano

FBPH represents WBC in loan to Alianza del Valle

Ecuadorian law firm Flor Bustamante Pizarro & Hurtado has represented WorldBusiness Capital (WBC) in the $15 million long-term loan granted to Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Alianza del Valle.

The loan was also partially provided with the support of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). Thanks to this transaction, Alianza del Valle will use the funds to support women microentrepreneurs in Ecuador.
