Echecopar assists in transfer of Linings stake to Bradken
Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie International, has represented the shareholders of Linings in the transfer of their 100% stake in Linings in favour of Bradken Peru, a subsidiary of Hitachi Construction Machinery.
With this acquisition, Bradken consolidates its position in the composite mill liner market and expands the path for innovation in the design and production of composite liners and anti-abrasion solutions for the mining industry.
Echecopar’s team was led by partner Manlio Bassino (pictured left), with support from senior associate Carla Figallo (pictured right) and associate Luis Enrique Baca.
