FCAM has a new partner in the Labor area

Ferraz de Camargo e Matsunaga Advogados introduced Silvia Fidalgo Lira as a new partner in the Labor department

Ferraz de Camargo e Matsunaga Advogados (FCAM) has introduced Silvia Fidalgo Lira, who previously worked at law firms such as Levy & Salomão Advogados and Pinheiro Neto Advogados, as its new partner in the Labor department.

With Silvia’s arrival, the firm plans to structure and expand its operations in the corporate labor sector, meeting the growing demand of its national and international clients for preventive consultations and compliance issues, in addition to implementing the judicial and administrative litigation area, focused on strategic actions and the search for efficient and customized solutions.

Silvia has more than 20 years of experience in the labor practice, having assisted national and foreign companies in several consulting operations, such as compensation and benefits, risk management and union negotiations, as well as in judicial and administrative litigation. She also has extensive experience in implementing and monitoring compliance programs, conducting internal corporate investigations, and issues related to privacy and data protection.

Silvia has a degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is a specialist in Labor Law and Labor Procedure. Her experience also encompasses matters related to the media and entertainment area, such as advising audiovisual productions, intellectual property, and sports law. She was also a founding partner of a law firm and legal manager of a company in the food and cosmetics sector.

FCAM now has a total of 45 lawyers and 9 partners. The firm has a wide-ranging practice, focusing especially on the Tax, Corporate/M&A, Infrastructure, and Estate and Succession Planning sectors.
