Feijó Lopes Advogados advices on Lina’s CRI offering

Feijó Lopes Advogados advised on the public offering of real estate receivables certificates (Certificados de Recebíveis Imobiliários – CRI) under CVM 160, distributed under automatic regime, of the 55th issuance by Leverage Companhia Securitizadora.

The offered CRI, in the amount of BRL 44 million, was backed by real estate credit rights arising in connection with the issuance of commercial notes by Progetti Empreendimentos Imobiliários SPE. The proceeds raised from the CRI offering will be used for the development of Residencial Lina’s real estate project.

Feijó Lopes Advogados advised Leverage Companhia Securitizadora, and relied on senior partner Lúcio Feijó Lopes (pictured) and partner Andréa Freitas, associate Gabriella Moita and Isabella Melo.

Rio Bravo Investimentos, as structurer, was assisted by partner and head of legal Thales Paiva.
