With nearly two decades of experience in public credit recovery, liability management, and tax structuring, João Grognet holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Lisbon (FDUL). He has built a career marked by solid technical training, service in positions of high institutional responsibility, and a deep understanding of the legal mechanisms that shape Brazil’s tax environment.
His experience brings to MJAB a strategic perspective on tax governance, tax settlement, and risk management — capabilities that are increasingly essential for companies facing structural disputes and challenging regulatory scenarios.
