Feijó Lopes Advogados opens an office in New York

Feijó Lopes Advogados, a law firm with units in SP and RS, has opened a physical unit in New York, in the United States.

The initiative, according to the founding partner Lúcio Feijó Lopes (pictured) is part of the expansion plan to expand the relationship that has existed for more than 15 years with the US and the international market, in addition to giving continuity to legal advice for foreigners who wish to invest in Brazil and Brazilians who want to expand their business internationally.

Currently, about half of the annual revenue is generated from foreign clients, including Americans, Europeans and Asians who invest and finance Brazilian companies. With the expansion project and the growing volume of projects abroad, a 25% increase in revenues is estimated for 2023. In the last five years, the office has registered a growth of 100%, doubling its annual gross revenue.

One of the reasons for this success was the help provided to clients and partners during the pandemic. With social distancing and the increase of home office, Feijó Lopes was successful in adapting and assisting its existing and new clients to make strategic decisions to face the pandemic and grow.
