Felipe Mariño joins Cuatrecasas as a new partner
Cuatrecasas has announced the appointment of Felipe Mariño (pictured) as a new partner in the Corporate and M&A practice in its Bogotá office.

Felipe has a 16-year professional career and extensive experience advising companies, especially in negotiating contracts of varying complexity, structuring projects and M&A transactions, mainly focused on the infrastructure and real estate sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an international associate in the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and a partner at Gómez-Pinzón. He holds a law degree from the Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia, an LLM from Northwestern University in Chicago and a specialisation in Corporate Law from the Pontifica Universidad Javeriana in Colombia.
