PAGBAM promotes four counselors

Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has announced the appointment of four new counselors: Eugenio Bauer, from the Litigation practice; Tomás Fernández Madero, from Finance and M&A; David A. Hinojosa, from Litigation; and M. Clara Rodríguez Llanos from Antitrust and Consumer Law.

Eugenio Bauer (pictured left) focuses his practice on breach of contract, corporate disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, class actions and arbitration. In 2015 he completed a Master in Economic Business Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina.

Tomás Fernández Madero (pictured centre, left) focuses mainly on the areas of Corporate Law, Project Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking and Finance Law and Foreign Exchange Law. He has participated in numerous corporate and project finance transactions, advising both financial institutions and companies. He also advises companies and financial institutions on debt restructurings, recapitalisations, mergers, acquisitions and public offerings. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universidad Austral, received in 2016.

David A. Hinojosa (pictured centre, right) has extensive experience in dispute resolution specialising in breach of contract, corporate disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, class actions, and domestic and international arbitration, representing clients in various industries such as finance, automotive, retail, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, transportation and advertising. In 2016 he completed a Master in Economic Business Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina.

M. Clara Rodríguez Llanos (pictured right) specialises in competition law, advising national and international clients on complex economic concentration transactions, as well as on proceedings before the antitrust authorities related to alleged anti-competitive conduct. She also specialises in Fair Trading and Consumer Protection, working with clients to proactively comply with such regimes and prevent potential contingencies. Furthermore, she represents clients in contentious proceedings related to the areas of antitrust, trade fairness and consumer law. During 2018 and 2019, she studied at ESADE Business & Law School (Barcelona, Spain) and obtained a Master’s Degree in International Business Law, graduating with honours in Contract Law and Competition and Global Markets. Simultaneously, she obtained a Diploma in Management & Cross-Skills for Legal Professionals.
