FLH and Dias Carneiro act in LDC’s $40 Million Financing

Dias Carneiro (Brazil) and Clifford Chance advised Proparco – Société de Promotion Et de Participation pour la Coopération Economique, a French subsidiary development agency of Agence Française de Développement (AFD) focused on private sector development, as lender of a USD 40,000,000 facility to Louis Dreyfus Company Sucos (LDC), as Brazilian subsidiary of the Louis Dreyfus group, wich was represented by Franco Leutewiler Henriques Advogados.

The amounts borrowed will support numerous LDC projects and actions to reduce the environmental impact of its Brazilian juice operations, from water treatment and consumption optimization in the context of intensifying droughts, to energy use and emissions reductions.
