Ferrere advises Avolta on joint venture with CAAP
Ferrere, through its team in Uruguay, has advised Avolta, a global travel experience company of Swiss origin, in a joint venture with Corporación América Airports (CAAP), an airport operator that manages 53 airports in 6 countries.
The objective of the agreement is to design, implement and operate free shops in Uruguay, based on a business model focused on the customer and innovation.
Ferrere’s team was led by partner Geraldine Ifrán (pictured), with the support of Carolina Piacenza Araujo, Isabel Hounie and Luciana Girino.
