Ferrere has counselled IDB Invest on a new bond issue on the Stock and Commodities Exchange of Asunción, for a nominal value of guaraníes 90 billion (more than USD 12 million).
The issue took place on 28 June, corresponding to Series 1 under the “Global G3 Issuance Programme”.
Ferrere’s team was composed of partner Carlos Codas Zavala (pictured) and lawyers Jorge Velazco and Belén Morel Vigo.
