Ferrere represents Marriott in Bolivia

Ferrere, through its team in Bolivia, has represented Marriott International in several due diligence processes, which included the commercial analysis of the local entities, the corporate evaluation of the counterparties, the review of real estate and real estate aspects, as well as the reputational analysis of the counterparties.

The firm also provided specialized support to Marriott’s commercial, legal and compliance team, risk mitigation, identification and management of potential contingencies, facilitating the operational aspects of the transactions.

Thanks to this operation, the hotel chain consolidates and expands its presence in the local market.
