Ferrere represents Peninsula Investments in More Mariscal project
Ferrere, through its team in Paraguay, has represented Peninsula Investments Group, a real estate company, in the development and starting, through some of its subsidiaries, of the construction works of the More Mariscal real estate project.
The project has an estimated investment of US$45 million and will include two residential towers, an office tower and a shopping centre, as well as the preservation of a historic house, the “Quinta Brackenridge”, which was declared a cultural heritage site by the Municipality of Asuncion. More Mariscal will also be located in the southwest of the Villa Morra neighbourhood, a strategic area of the city.
The advisory services involved the financial structuring, the implementation and development of the project, the drafting of the financial and real estate agreements, as well as the negotiation of the terms with the counterparties. In addition, assistance was provided in the review of the agreements, in addition to advice on regulatory, real estate, intellectual property, corporate and environmental issues.
