Ferrere represents TCF in merger with Grupo Ransa
Ferrere Bolivia has represented Transportes Centroamericanos del Futuro (TCF), through its holding company Banzai Worldwide, in its merger with Grupo Ransa.
As a result, the group will have more than 9,200 workers in the ten countries where it is present, with more than 70 branches and operating in almost 20 ports. In addition, the logistics platform now has a fleet of more than 3,000 vehicles and four million square metres of warehousing space.
The transaction also involved the countries of Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
The consultancy required coordination with several firms in the region, as well as the preparation of due diligence for Banzai Worldwide, the review of labour and corporate documents, and the drafting of complex analysis reports on the structure of the Bolivian operation.
Ferrere’s team was led by partner Diego Villarroel Salvatierra (pictured), assisted by lawyers Jorge Palza, Mauricio Ariel Viscarra Azuga and Pablo Heredia.
