Fialho Salles advises Soegeo on its sale to G-Maia
Fialho Salles Advogados advised Soegeo (Soluções Em Engenharia Geotécnica) on the sale of 100% of the shares, acquired by Construtora G-Maia, a company controlled by the publicly-held company Priner Serviços Industriais.
Soegeo is an engineering company specialized in technology and geotechnics focused on waterproofing, reinforcement and structural recovery of the soil.
