Fibra UNO returns to Holland & Knight for $250 million debt issuance

Holland & Knight advised long term client Fibra UNO in a debt issuance of US$250 million under its long-term program. 

Santander, BBVA Bancomer and HSBC acted as underwriters.

Fibra UNO is a Mexican real estate investment trust. This transaction comes as the trust celebrates its fifth anniversary.

Partner Guillermo Urbe Lara in Mexico City led the Holland & Knight team advising Fibra UNO.

The law firm is a regular counsel to Fibra UNO, and recently acted on the trust´s launch of its ADR program and also on its $300 million senior notes offering.

Holland & Knight has advised Fibra UNO on all of its major finance transactions since 2014.
