Holland & Knight instructed on Bladex securities issuance

Holland & Knight represented Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex) in a $86 million issuance. 

Bladex, a multinational bank headquartered in Panama, was established by the central banks of Latin American and Caribbean countries to promote trade finance in the region.

Casa de Bolsa BBVA Bancomer and HSBC Casa de Bolsa acted as placement agents for the issuance. 

Partner Alejandro Landa in Mexico City led the Holland & Knight team advising Bladex.
