Figueiredo & Velloso advises on the constitution of BusCo
Figueiredo & Velloso Advogados Associados advised Águia Branca and JCA Groups on the approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) of the constitution of BusCo, a digital platform that will render management and operationalization services for bus operators in the interstate passenger transportation sector.
The transaction was approved by CADE subject to certain conditions.
