FLH act as Brazilian counsel to JBS on the issuance of senior notes
Franco Leutewiler Henriques – FLH Advogados acted as Brazilian counsel to JBS in connection with the issuance of senior notes by JBS USA Lux, a public limited liability company (société anonyme) incorporated and existing under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, JBS USA Food Company, a Delaware corporation and JBS USA Finance, a Delaware corporation and guaranteed by the company, amongst other guarantors.
The total value was USD 2,5bi.
