FLH advise Yoshida&Hirata on its sale to Adubos Real
FLH Advogados has concluded the sale to Adubos Real (subsidiary of the Japanese Marubeni Group) of Yoshida&Hirata Agronegócios, a traditional player specialized in agricultural inputs and solutions headquartered in the state of São Paulo.
This is one of the most relevant M&A transactions in the sector, which represents the continuing interest from foreign investors in Brazilian agribusiness.Transa ction amount was not disclosed.
Franco Leutewiler Henriques advised the sellers and relied on partners Vitor Henriques (pictured left), Gabriela Sella (pictured right), associates Camila Salim and David Hadley.
