VBSO assists Rabobank in structuring of FIDC FMC 202201
VBSO Advogados advised Banco Rabobank on structuring of the Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios FMC 202201 and issuance of seniors and mezanino quotas of the investment fund, which were distributed through a public offering with restricted distribution efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476 and issuance of subordinated quotas, which were distributed with private placement, in the total amount of R$ 500 million.
The deal was led by the partners Erik Frederico Oioli (pictured left) and José Alves Ribeiro Júnior (pictured right) and associate Thaís Gurjão Rodrigues, Miguel Guardia Favinha, Raphael Martire Rocha, Júlia Barberato Pretto and Barbara Gonçalves.
