Demarest advised Mohawk Industries on the acquisition of the totality of the quotas representing the capital stock of the Elizabeth Group ceramic companies: José Nilson Crispim – Administração e Participação; Cerâmica Elizabeth Sul, Cerâmica Elizabeth RN; Elizabeth Produtos Cerâmicos and Elizabeth Porcelanato, a leader in the production of porcelain tiles in Brazil, founded in the State of Paraíba, with over 38 years of tradition in ceramic tiles and one of the main producers of raw materials for civil construction in Brazil and in the world.
