FLH advises on 2nd series quotas of Quatá FIDC
FLH has advised Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, as lead arranger, and Quatá Gestão de Recursos, as manager, on the public offering of the 2nd series of senior quotas and 2nd series of mezzanine subordinated quotas of the Quatá FDC FGTS Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios, in the total amount of BRL 131,161,053.00.
FLH has relied on partners Gabriel Leutewiler (pictured left) and William Rizzi (pictured right), and associates Paulo Garcia and Giovanna Bicudo and legal assistant Nicole Addeo.
