Deal Details

FLH and Campos Mello advised the parties involved in the nineteenth issuance of financial letters by Banco RCI Brasil, under the terms of CVM Rule 8, in the total amount of BRL 1 billion.

FLH acted for the underwriters — Banco Santander (Brasil) and Banco Votorantim — with a team led by partner Allan Bercht (pictured left) and associate Stephanie Farroco.

Campos Mello represented the issuer, Banco RCI Brasil, with partner Jorge Barbieri Gallo (pictured right) and associate Lucas Bernabé.
