FLH and Machado Meyer act on issuance by Januário de Napoli
FLH advised Grupo Ibemapar in the first public offering of senior secured infrastructure debentures, not convertible into shares, in a single series, by Januário de Napoli Geração de Energia, in the total amount of BRL 130 million.
The debentures are guaranteed by a corporate guarantee issued by Itaú Unibanco, which was advised by Machado Meyer, as well as secured by the shares issued by Januário de Napoli Geração de Energia, and by certain credit rights, equipment and machinery owned by the issuer.
