Franco, Leutewiler, Henriques Advogados advised the issuer; Machado Meyer advised the underwriters on the issue of agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA) issued by Virgo Companhia de Securitização and backed by debentures issued by JBS, in the total amount of R$1,563,976,000.00, which were subject to public distribution under the terms of ICVM 400.
