Claro & Cía partners Cristóbal Eyzaguirre, Felipe Larraín and José Luis Ambrosy advised Endesa while Enersis chose a line-up from Philippi, Prietocarrizosa & Uría as counsel on this deal, with partners Juan Francisco Gutiérrez and Federico Grebe at the helm.
