Four law firms in Peruvian gaming sale

Miranda & Amado advised Intralot in the sale of 80% of its Peruvian capital stock to Nexus. 

Intralot Group is a Greek gaming and sports betting company with a presence in 53 countries. The buyer, Nexus Group, is a Peru-based private equity firm. The deal, worth $68 million, closed at the end of November.

Reed Smith acted as US counsel to Intralot while Nexus instructed Muñiz, Ramirez in Peru and Milbank in the US.
