Fox Rothschild adds finance partner in Miami from Squire Patton Boggs
Fox Rothschild hired Barbara Alonso from Squire Patton Boggs in Miami.
Alonso focuses on corporate finance and securities and also has extensive knowledge of public-private partnerships, and has been widely recognized for her work in international finance, including in Latin America. Her practice includes litigation and corporate compliance, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Alonso holds a B.A in History and Government from Cornell University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School
Prior to joining Fox, Alonso was a partner in the Miami office of Squire Patton Boggs for over 4 years, where her practice focused on international and domestic corporate matters. Before that position, she was a partner at Greenberg Traurig.
