Marval and Cueto Rua instructed on syndicated loan for Ribeiro

Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised the lenders on a $14 million syndicated loan granted to Ribeiro, the financial and retail company. 

Banco Santander Río acted as administrative agent, arranger, lender and trustee; Banco Itaú Argentina was arranger and lender, and Banco Hipotecario, Banco de San Juan and BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización were the lenders. 

The loan was guaranteed with the trust assignment of funds flows from sales made by Ribeiro through credit and debit cards.

Partner Juan M. Diehl Moreno led the Marval team advising the lenders.

Cueto Rua, Mercau Saavedra & Biritos acted as legal counsel of Ribeiro.
