Fragata e Antunes forms partnership with Argentine law firm

Fragata e Antunes Advogados has formalized a partnership with the law firm Noetinger & Armando SRL, based in Buenos Aires (Argentina), to handle the administrative management of any disputes involving Despegar and consumers. Founded in Buenos Aires in 1999, Despegar is the parent company of Decolar in Brazil.

According to Marcelo Ferreira Bortolini (pictured left), the partner in charge of the Brazilian firm’s Porto Alegre office who will lead operations alongside his Argentine counterpart Juan Edgardo Pringles (pictured right), Despegar will benefit from the know-how developed in Brazil to improve performance in legal proceedings, reducing the time required to review documents.

Andressa Barros, CEO of Fragata e Antunes Advogados, and Francisco Fragata Jr., founding partner and chairman of the Executive Board of the Brazilian firm, believe that this partnership with lawyers from the neighboring country opens up new horizons.
