Pinheiro Neto and Pinheiro Guimarães advised on the 6th issuance of simple, non-convertible, unsecured debentures, in two series, backed by receivables assigned by Lake Niassa Empreendimentos e Participações and Grupo Casas Bahia, directed exclusively to professional investors under the automatic registration rite, in the amount of BRL 280 million.
