García & Bodan instructed on Cargill investment in Nicaragua
The Managua team of Central American law firm García & Bodán advised Cargill on the development and implementation of a solar power plant in Nicaragua.
Cargill is a a global food conglomerate headquartered in the US. The company operates in 70 countries and has a presence in Nicaragua since 2000 where it employes over 2000 staff.
The solar power plant project, valued at $1 million, is part of the company´s drive to use renewable energy for its operations.
