Garrigues assists Krealo in acquisition of Sami Shop
Garrigues Peru has assisted Krealo, Credicorp’s corporate venture capital arm, in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the capital stock of the startup Sami Shop.
This transaction was closed on 16 June, where Miranda & Amado advised the shareholders.
The advice involved various negotiations related to the structure and disclosure to the market.
Sami Shop offers e-commerce solutions for companies to sell their products through its platform, through payment gateways, integrations with logistics systems, reports, among other services.
Lorena Sarmiento and Juan Diego García acted as advisors to Credicorp.
Miranda & Amado’s team included partners Roberto Mac Lean (pictured right) and Nathalie Paredes.
