Garrigues represents Krealo in investment in Monokera

Garrigues Colombia has represented Krealo Management, Credicorp’s private equity arm, in an investment agreement in favour of Colombian insurtech Monokera.

In this transaction, closed on 22 December, Gamboa García & Cardona Abogados acted as advisor to Monokera.

Thanks to this, together with the investments made in the region throughout 2022, Krealo is positioned as a great support for the development of the insurtech and Fintech sectors.

Monokera is an open digital insurance platform that allows companies from any sector to offer digital insurance to their customers through an integrated experience via API that is adopted to current sales channels.

Andrea Caceres Paredes acted as in-house counsel for Krealo.
