Iván Libenson is named managing partner of Cuatrecasas Mexico
Cuatrecasas has announced the appointment of Iván Libenson (pictured) as a new partner in the Mexico City office, a move that follows the integration of the firm Rico Robles y Libenson (RRL) into Cuatrecasas.
The lawyer, who specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions, will be supported by the managing partner of the Mexico City office, Marco Antonio de la Peña.
Iván has extensive experience in Corporate, Securities and Finance Law matters, as well as M&A transactions, securities issuances, project finance and restructurings. He advises clients on structuring and implementing diverse and complex transactions.
