Gómez-Pinzón advises GreenYellow on refinancing
Gómez-Pinzón has advised GreenYellow on the structuring of the refinancing of its 111-store energy efficiency facility through a seven-year senior non-recourse fixed term debt facility provided by Banco Davivienda.
This transaction was closed on may 20, for an amount of $36.000.000.000 Colombian pesos, carried out through a trust to which the project assets were assigned.
This project generates energy savings of 66 MWh per year, which significantly reduces the project’s carbon footprint.
GreenYellow, the Casino Group’s energy subsidiary, is dedicated to decentralised photovoltaic production, efficiency projects and energy services. It is present in 16 countries.
