Gómez-Pinzón advises Hero Digital on acquisition of Huge
Gómez-Pinzón has advised Hero Digital, a portfolio company of AEA Investors, on its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Huge.
This cross-border transaction also included the acquisition of Huge SG Pte Ltd, Huge UK Limited, Hello Elephant, LLC, and Huge, LLC and certain Canadian assets of The Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG).
The transaction, completed on 5 December, included the negotiation of a securities and asset purchase agreement, a transition services agreement, an assignment of acquired interests, among other transaction documents.
With this acquisition, Hero Digital will become one of the largest independent experience transformation companies in the world. The transaction required coordinated efforts across multiple jurisdictions to successfully complete.
Huge is a design and technology company specialising in the creation of digital products for a variety of brands.
Other firms involved in the transaction were Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson and Lloreda Camacho & Co Abogados, also as counsel to Hero Digital, and Willkie Farr & Gallagher as counsel to The Interpublic Group of Companies (seller).

Lloreda Camacho & Co Abogados’ team was represented by associate director Nadia Sanchez.
