Gómez-Pinzón counsels Duwest in acquisition of Del Monte Agrosciences

Gómez-Pinzón has counselled Duwest Colombia on an asset purchase and sale agreement with Del Monte Agrosciences, for the acquisition by Duwest of 100% of the assets of Del Monte Agrosciences for the development of the agrochemical trading business.

Gómez-Pinzón’s team was led by partners Natalia García Arenas (pictured left) and Mauricio Jaramillo (pictured right), with support from senior associates Daniela Romero and Biviana Helo, associate Andrea Carolina Vargas and junior associate Jerónimo Ocampo.
