Guerrero Olivos advised lenders on $103 million loan to Gamma Cementos

Chilean law firm Guerrero Olivos acted for BBVA and Banco del Estado de Chile on a syndicated loan to Gamma Cementos. 

Gamma Cementos is a Chilean cement company. It will use the $103 million loan to finance the acquisition of a 54% stake in Cementos Polpaico, the biggest cement and concrete producer in Chile.

Senior Counsel Miguel Coddou led the team at Guerrero Olivos advising the lenders.
