Guerrero Olivos instructed on $36 million property deal in Chile

Chilean law firm Guerrero Olivos acted for Aguas Cordillera on the sale of a residential site located in the borough of Vitacura, in Santiago de Chile.

Aguas Cordillera is a subsidiary of Chile’s largest water and sewer utility company Aguas Andinas. The operation was valued at $36 million and it was financed by Banco Estado.

The buyer, Sencorp, is a residential projects and office buildings developer.

Partner Martín Santa María led the team at Guerrero Olivos acting for the utility company.

Sencorp instructed Vidal y Velasco while Banco Estado relied on in-house counsel for the deal.
