Guerrero Olivos instructed on NS Agro’s joint venture in Peru
Guerrero Olivos advised NS Agro on its entry to the Peruvian market through a strategic joint venture with CytoPerú.
NS Agro is an agribusiness subsidiary of Chilean corporation Inversiones Norte Sur. With this deal, of undisclosed value, NS Agro acquired 50% of CytoPerú and retained an option to increase its ownership.
Partner Roberto Guerrero led the team advising NS Agro which retained Casahierro as Peruvian counsel.
CytoPerú instructed Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez in Peru.
