Guerrero Olivos represents Solek in $6m solar project
Guerrero Olivos has assisted Solek in the disbursement of 6 million dollars for the Itihue solar project
Guerrero Olivos has represented the Solek group in the disbursement of $6 million US dollars for the Itihue 9MW PMGD solar project, under the Credit Agreement signed between Solek and Corporación Interamericana para el Financiamiento de Infraestructura (CIFI).
This transaction, closed on 31 March, involved Carey y Cía, as local counsel to CIFI, and White & Case and Clifford Chance as international counsel to Solek and CIFI, respectively.
Itihue is one of the projects in Solek’s solar PMGD portfolio that was financed by CIFI for a total amount of $15.1 million US dollars.
