Gumucio appoints Bruno Fernando Cuéllar Melgar as new partner
The Bolivian law firm Gumucio has welcomed Bruno Fernando Cuéllar Melgar (pictured) as a partner and leader of its litigation and dispute resolution department. This strategic move enhances Gumucio’s position in the Bolivian legal market and solidifies its expansion project.
Cuéllar, a graduate of the Pontifical University of Salamanca – UPSA, holds master’s degrees in Civil Law and Procedural Law. He brings over a decade of experience leading litigation practices at a renowned international law firm.
The new partner offers extensive expertise in procedural law, including preventive advice to national and international companies, management of judicial processes and complex arbitrations, as well as successful extrajudicial negotiations.
Daniel Gumucio, founding partner and managing partner of the firm, stated that Cuéllar’s contribution will be vital for achieving the firm’s goals and consolidating its strengthening and expansion project.
