GVBG advises Cragea shareholders on ICTSI deal

International Container Terminal Services (ICTSI) acquired Companhia Regional de Armazéns Gerais e Entreposto Aduaneiro, known as Cragea, a Brazilian general and bonded warehousing and multimodal logistics company, which was advised by GVBG Advogados.

The transaction was carried out through ICTSI’s local unit, IRB Holdings, and expands the buyer’s logistics footprint in Brazil. The deal value was not disclosed.

Gentil Monteiro, Vicentini, Beringhs e Gil Advogados (GVBG) advised some of the shareholders of Cragea on the transaction and relied on partner Terence Beringhs, covering the M&A, corporate and contract aspects of the deal.

No legal adviser to ICTSI was disclosed in connection with the transaction.
