Lobo de Rizzo advises on VirtuGNL notes issuance

Lobo de Rizzo provided legal advice as deal counsel on the first issuance of commercial papers by VirtuGNL Participações, structured as a single series for public placement under an automatic registration process pursuant to CVM 160, as amended. The transaction totals BRL 250 million.

The issuance was carried out by VirtuGNL Participações as issuer, with Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira acting as lead underwriter. The operation is secured by a corporate guarantee granted by Ultrapar Participações, which acted as guarantor for the transaction.
