GVBG and Madrona on the acquisition of Clínica Lund by Diaverum

Madrona Advogados advised the shareholders of Clínica Lund de Nefrologia on the disposal of a 100% equity stake in three of its dialysis clinics to Diaverum, a Swedish renal care services group, which was advised by GVBG Advogados. The deal, internally dubbed “Projeto Vitalis,” closed on March 31, 2026.The transaction value was not disclosed.
