H&Cía acts in financing to AVI
Hernández & Cía. has acted as advisor to Banco BTG Pactual- Cayman Branch in the structuring and granting of a medium-term financing under Peruvian law in favor of Almacenes Virgen Inmaculada (AVI).
The facility, disbursed on August 15, will be used for the construction and development of a modern warehouse condominium and logistics center in the strategic district of Lurin, Lima.
The medium-term loan is secured by a trust over real estate owned by the group and by a trust over the collection rights and flows derived from lease agreements entered into with third parties with respect to the collateralized real estate.
AVI is an affiliate of Simétrica, both being part of a Peruvian business group dedicated to real estate management, one of the leaders in its segment in Peru, which has a strategic portfolio of properties and develops turnkey projects for clients in various businesses, including companies in the mining, construction, industrial and commercial sectors.
