Vieira Rezende Advogados act as deal counsel on COCARI’s issue

Vieira Rezende Advogados acted as deal counsel on the 1st issue of commercial notes by COCARI – Cooperativa Agropecuária e Industrial, in the amount of BRL 30 million, in an offer coordinated by Caixa Econômica Federal.

The issue was carried out to strengthen COCARI’s cash flow, as well as to develop the cooperative’s agricultural business.
