H&Cía advises Interbank and Scotiabank on loan to Trupal
Hernández & Cía. has advised Banco Internacional del Perú – Interbank and Scotiabank Perú in the granting of a medium-term club deal loan up to the amount of S/150’000,000.00 in favour of Trupal.
The financing, closed on 27 December and disbursed on 30 December 2024, is backed by the granting of a joint and several surety bond by Holding Cementero del Perú, a company of Trupal’s economic group.
Arturo Pallete and José Zúñiga acted as in-house counsel for Trupal.
